Core Collective on South Washington is a Lagree Fitness Method Studio that focuses on a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workouts designed to strengthen your muscles and improve your muscular endurance.
The MINI by Lagree Fitness allows you to move seamlessly from one exercise to the next, keeping the heart rate up and muscles working with slow, controlled, and continuous movement causing that burn and shake we love at Core Collective!
Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Every exercise can be modified and intensified to ensure everyone is getting the best workout, every time!
