The Lagree Fitness Method is a strength and endurance training method. Lagree is proven to efficiently and effectively balance high-intensity with low-impact movements, allowing for classes to be attended by all ages and fitness levels.
Lagree machines use spring resistance, slow, controlled, continuous movements, and time under tension to cause you to sweat, shake, and sweat some more, all with minimal impact on your joints.
