What time should I arrive to class?
Doors open 15 minutes prior to class. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start time. New clients - please arrive 15 minutes in advance to receive an introduction of the Miniformer and information on what to expect in class.
How do I schedule classes?
You can schedule classes on the MINDBODY app - search for Core Collective GF.
Core Collective offers you a challenging but rewarding 45-minute workout that will make you sweat and shake! But don't worry! You can rest as needed, take modifications, or intensify the workout to fit your needs. Our instructors provide verbal instruction and will guide you through the workout. It will take a short time to get acclimated to the reformer, the tension settings, pace, and flow but you will catch on quickly!
What should I expect?
What do I bring?
Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to easily move and stretch. Our clients are required to wear grip socks during class. Grip socks are available to purchase in studio. You will sweat and we do have towels available if you forget yours. Don't forget a water bottle!
What if I cancel late or don't show up:
A client must cancel at least 4 hours in advance of class start time. A client that no-shows has held a spot in class and does not cancel.
For pass holders, MINDBODY will deduct a pass from accounts when a pass holder no-shows or late cancels.
Members will charged a $12 late cancel fee and $18 for a no-show. This will be charged to your account.
Are gift cards available for purchase?
Yes! Gift cards will be available for purchase online via MINDBODY and in studio. Gift cards will not have an expiration date.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
If you need to cancel your membership, you will need to provide a 30 day notice in advance of the next billing cycle. Details about your membership and cancellation are included in your membership agreement.
Can I bring my child to class?
Clients must be a minimum age of 16 to attend class without a guardian present. Clients under the age of 16 must be cleared by our management to attend class with a guardian. Please direct inquires to us at corecollectivegf@gmail.com
